Stay fit, have fun!

Players of all levels are welcome. We always play doubles and select teams randomly for every game.

Great news!

We have acquired gym time at Barbara Reid Public School on Tuesday nights from 8:15 to 10:15 p.m. The first night of play will be February 6. The cost to play at Barbara Reid for the remainder of the season is $25 (please note this membership does NOT include Wednesday nights at SDSS). To register, complete the online waiver and submit your payment to stouffville.bdmntn.club@gmail.com. 

WHAT: Social Badminton Club
It is our goal to create a fun and social environment where strategy and expertise are shared generously amongst all members. Please review our self-rating system to see where your badminton skills fit in. 
 
FEE:  $50 for the season

Membership spaces are limited. If we still have space, you can come out for a night or two for free before joining to make sure the club is what you're looking for. Everyone must fill out a waiver before playing. Click to complete the waiver online, or you can download the waiver and print a hard copy (waiver not currently available as membership is full). You can pay the membership fee by sending an e-transfer to stouffville.bdmntn.club@gmail.com or by cash in person at the courts. Please note membership registration is not complete until your membership fee is paid. Membership fees are non-refundable.

WHEN:  Wednesdays, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM 

The season runs from September 20, 2023, to June 12, 2024, excluding holidays, according to the Ontario School Year Calendar. Current exclusion dates are December 27, January 3 and March 13, but more dates may be added.  

 
WHERE:  Stouffville District Secondary School, 801 Hoover Park Dr, Stouffville - map it

Enter through the doors on the west side of the school closest to Hoover Park. The gym is down the hall on the left. You must wear indoor court shoes with non-marking soles. Please arrive in outdoor shoes and remove your outdoor shoes before you enter the gym.
